Strategic Partners
CADECOM, initiator of PAD-ZEICAT, bases its technical references on its designers, a team of 14 expert engineers and 7 consulting firms with varied skills. For the program implementation, CADECOM relies on a network of strategic and technical partners forming the COMADEX consortium, acting as developer:
- Technical Partners : Group of international technical consulting firms covering areas such as infrastructure (roads, railways, airports, hydraulics, energy), architecture, urban planning, topography and utilities.
- Engineering Consultants : The Engineering Consultant is responsible for the overall project management of all works, goods and services. They are in charge of conducting studies, setting up financing, developing and analyzing tenders, as well as monitoring and controlling works.
- BRICS International Alliance : Technical and financial partner of the ZEICAT project
- Legal Counsel Pool : Provides advice, expertise and legal representation
- AUTEXCA : Chadian public establishment, political authority of ZEICAT, with key management and operational missions
- SOPROCAT : Local promotion partner in Chad
