Second meeting between CADECOM, Soprocat and the Chadian government team. Held at the Prime Minister's office on February 4, 2025, the inter-ministerial ad-hoc commission established by the Prime Minister of Chad, according to Order No. 03/PR/PM/SGPM/2025, of January 24, 2025, is responsible for conducting discussions for the creation of ZEICAT. His Excellency Mr. Youssouf Abassallah, Secretary General of the Prime Minister's Office of Chad, receives in audience the CEO of CADECOM and Mr. Abakar Sidick Nargaye, advisor to the Prime Minister on ICT. This audience aims to plan the establishment of an ad-hoc commission responsible for conducting discussions for the creation of ZEICAT.
