August 8, 2024 at the Radisson Blue Hotel in Ndjamena, leading a BRICS delegation that came to Ndjamena to support CADECOM's efforts with the Chadian Authorities, the Vice President of the BRICS International Alliance exchanges with the CEO of CADECOM and Mr. Mitebaye Magloire, a Chadian businessman, about the next steps for the ZEICAT project. Mr. AHOUA DON MELLO reaffirmed the BRICS' commitment to support the project by mobilizing the financial, human, and material resources essential for the project's success. The Vice President in charge of strategic projects for BRICS promises technical and organizational support, as well as unlimited funding for this strategic project for the economic development and sovereignty of the continent's member countries.
